FOOD
Pure vegetarian Food that includes coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided in the tour package. Customers should bring their food plates and tumblers for the trip. Evening tea will be provided while staying at Hotels only. One litre mineral water bottle a day will be provided per person.

ACCOMMODATION
We will provide accommodation in dormitory. If customer needs a room, he/she has to bear the difference amount. According to the bookings the rooms will be twin / triple sharing.

BUS SEATING
Bus seating will be allotted by “First come first serve basis” customer can plan in advance to avoid unnecessary problems. Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to monuments / Hotels and other places where the tourist bus cannot go due to the traffic regulation, are to be borne by the tourists. There will be no push-back system at last rowand no refunds will be made for those seats. SRT management is having all the rights to change the vehicle according to the strength of the group like Mini Bus/ Tempo traveler / Maxi Cabs / Qualis or other vehicles. This decision is completely at the discretion of Sri Ragavendra Tours.

PICKUP AND DROP FOR CUSTOMERS REACHING SEPARATE TRAINS OR FLIGHT
If any customers are reaching the destination place by different trains apart from our tour program, earlier / later or by flight they must have to reach the Hotel on their own expenses. If they are reaching, one day earlier, they have to bear hotel accommodation expenses. If the customers want us to arrange the pickup and drop facilities, the payment have to be made separately.

TRAIN TICKETS
We will assist to book the train tickets on customer’s behalf through authorized agents, according to customer’s enrolling date only.If there is any delay on confirmation part from the customer, SRT will not be responsible for the confirmations of the berths / lower berths etc. Hence, kindly confirm the participation before 60 days in advance to avoid inconvenience. If the customers are willing to book the tickets on their own they can book themselves and the photocopies of the reserved tickets should be handed over to SRT manager.

Any customer need AC class train tickets, we can assist to book the tickets. If the tickets are not confirmed, the customers have to take care of their own reservations.
It is at the own risk of the customers, regarding the confirmation of the berths.

FLIGHT TICKETS
Sri Ragavendra Tours will book the flight tickets for the customers. But we are not responsible for the flight delays / cancellations / delay in connecting flights etc., During Mukthinath trips, if there is any delay because of climatic conditions, Flight schedule, the customer has to take care of their return journey tickets & additional day accommodation.

LTC / LFC FACILITY FOR BANK STAFFS PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS AND CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEES

Staffs of the Nationalized banks and public sector undertaking can avail LTC in tour(They have to receive the permit copy, driver license &RTO copies from the driver of the vehicle, while on tour only). They can be able to avail their LTC by submitting the undermentioned documents. After the end of the tour you can get stamped receipt & bill from Sri Ragavendra Tours

“For the customer of Postal Central Govt Employees for LTC only Train Tickets will be provided. After 2 weeks at the end of the tour, LTC document will be handed over.

TOUR PROGRAMME
Even though the tour schedule will be given earlier, there may be changes or alterations with the timings, changing of hotels etc., But these decisions will be taken according to the circumstances only.

LUGGAGES AND PORTERAGE 
It is the responsibility of the customers to take care of their luggage.

TOUR FARE
All our tour fares are based on current costs & rates only. If there is any increase in the diesel / petrol prices, any other increases like Taxes / VAT/ FLIGHT TICKETS will lead to a hike in tour fares and has to borne by the passengers.

ADVANCE
Customers are requested to pay the advance amount before 90 Days in advance. All the payment can be paid by Cash / Online / UPI. Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the departure. Without full payment customers are not entitled to take part in the tour.

CHILDREN TOUR FARE
For Children, 75% of the Tour Fare will be collected between 5-11 yrs. Children upto 4 yrs no amount will be collected. For children below 5 yrs, seats will not be provided. For Children less than 11 years, their parents should show the age proof of the children.

ENTRANCE / PONY / BOATING 
Entrance charges at sightseeing spots, transportation by Pony / dolly and boating charges to be borne by customers. Transport charges by pony or Dolly and other incidentals from Hanumanchatti to Yamunotri, Gaurikund to Kedarnath, Katra – Vaishnodevi, Baltal – Amarnath, Varanasi hotel to Templeare not included in the Tour fare. Additional expenditure per head in the tour towards pony, Dolly, Local transport within the city, where our coaches are not allowed to ply.

INSURANCE
Customers have to take care of their travelling insurance with their own cost. Sri Ragavendra Tours is not responsible in any way for any claims while on tour.

REFUNDS 
If any tour is cancelled by SRT due to poor response, full refund will be made with proper notice. Any unforeseen events like road blocks, Train Cancellations, any breakdown or accidents, Government policies, Natural calamities, refunds or portion of the amount will be deducted. If any customer breaks the tour and returns in the middle of the journey no refunds / part refunds will be given at whatsoever reasons. Sri Ragavendra Tours has full right to change / modify the tour program in case of any necessity, without prior notice. No refund will be made if any person does not take food / accommodation during the tour (where the fare is inclusive of food / dormitory / sharing accommodation. No refund will be given in case of AC failure in the vehicle during the journey. No refund will be made for Advance payment bookings

Whenever a customerhas enrolled in any of our tours, it is meant that they have read & accepted all our tours rules & regulations.
